Secure Cleaning Services for Community Buildings

Submissions clearly marked "RFP Submission: RFP-200052026 - Secure Cleaning Services for Community Buildings", in the subject line, will be received by the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), via email at SHABidSubmission@saskhealthauthority.ca, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals for Secure Cleaning Services for all the Community Buildings listed in the pricing information that are under the Facilities Management of the SHA.

Please respond to each point if your company has the capability to meet the SHA’s specifications. (Please refer to the RFP).

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

•Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement

•Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement

•Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

Additional Information

Mandatory Requirement – Site Visits on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., and Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 8:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.(please see RFP for locations). 

Proponents not attending indicated Mandatory Regina site visits will be disqualified from the process.

Pre-register for site meetings via email to RFP Contact: Mike Wolk, mike.wolk@saskhealthauthority.ca. These site visits are a two (2) day process and will require some time to complete the mandatory sites.

There will be a sign-in sheet for each reserved proponent to check-in for proof of attendance each day.
