North Battleford Primary Care Centre Cleaning

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is in need of cleaning services for the Primary Health Centre in North Battleford.

SPECIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

CLEANING REQUIREMENTS:

•             The cleaning hours would be 10:00-6:30 daily at the Primary Care Centre.

•             All staff must be bonded.

•             The vendor must be registered and in good standing with Worker’s Compensation Board.

•             The work shall not be subcontracted.

•             The Vendor shall participate in inspections for quality on a quarterly basis or as requested by SHA.  This requirement should not preclude ongoing supervision by the Vendor.

•             Cleaning staff will utilize daily duty sheets that will be available for SHA quarterly review or as requested and for two-way communication purposes on a daily basis. Samples of duty sheets and work standards for cleaning and disinfecting are available from the SHA and assistance could be provided to develop these documents.
