Description
The Board of Education of St. Paul’s R.C.S.S.D No. 20, as represented by Corporate Services, is requesting Proposals for the provisions of Cybersecurity-Managed Detection and Response Service as per Appendix D, in accordance with conditions stated herein.
The Proposal, signed and dated by the Proponent’s authorized representative, must be received by the Issuing Office (see Section 1.3 – Issuing Office) electronically not later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on April 9, 2024 to the person designated in Section 1.3 – Issuing Office, and marked “RFP #IT-524.070324: “Cybersecurity-Managed Detection and Response Service”. All Proposals shall be electronically date and time stamped upon receipt by the Issuing Office. In the case of a date and/or time dispute the Issuing Office’s date and time clock will govern. Proposals received after the deadline date and time will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the Proponent to ensure successful transmission of the RFP response by the Closing Date and Time.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 37 month(s).
