The City of Saskatoon is seeking a Contractor to construct a walking trail within the Chief Whitecap Park – Dog Park. The 1.3 square kilometers walking trail will connect the parking lot entrance of the dog park to the existing Trans Canada Trail on the south end of the dog park.
