wâhkôhtowin School Cultural Room Upgrades

Sealed bids will be received by the Saskatoon Public Schools until 2:00 pm Central Standard Time, May 12, 2026.  Bids will be opened privately.

Work includes but may not be limited to renovation of a former pool area to become cultural education rooms including required HVAC, electrical and structural.  The project will also include replacement of an existing roof.

Bids shall be submitted on the Bid form provided in the Bid documents. Bids must be accompanied by Consent of Surety and by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the submitted Bid Price.

Electronic versions of the Bid Documents are available for download at SaskTenders, or from the Saskatoon Construction Association. Bid documents may also be obtained from the office of the Architect.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
