Ventilators

The purpose of this document is to solicit proposals for the supply and delivery of Ventilators, associated accessories, and supplies– to be contracted by 3sHealth on behalf of the entities defined in item 2., page 2 of this RFP. Vendors are required to complete the Appendices and worksheets as detailed in this appendix to facilitate the analysis of their submission.

Ventilators, both invasive and non-invasive, are benefits under the Saskatchewan Aids to Independent Living (SAIL) Respiratory Equipment Program for home use to patients in Saskatchewan.  This procurement is not intended for equipment designated for hospital uses.
