RFP - Supply and Installation of Telescopic Aerial Equipment

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the supply and installation of telescopic aerial equipment as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: CSA/MSM CERTIFICATION

Deliverables include, but are not limited to:

• Supply and installation of telescopic aerial devices and service bodies meeting SaskTel technical and compliance specifications
• Provision of all required components, assemblies, and accessories necessary for a fully operational unit
• Mounting and installation of aerial devices onto SaskTel-supplied new Ford F550 chassis
• Integration with vehicle systems, including hydraulic, electrical, and structural interfaces
• Installation of related equipment such as outriggers, controls, safety systems, and tooling provisions
• Functional testing of all installed systems to ensure proper operation and safety compliance
• Inspection and certification in accordance with applicable CSA, MSM, and industry standards
• Coordination with SaskTel for scheduling of initial chassis delivery and fully assembled and operational completed unit return to designated SaskTel locations
• Provision of operator manuals, maintenance manuals, and all required documentation
• Warranty coverage on supplied equipment and workmanship
• Ongoing technical support, service, and repair capabilities

NOTE: This procurement is covered by Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CaFTA) and Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union.
