This solicitation is for the purchase of ServiceTeam or equivalent for Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission

This Solicitation Amendment #001 is raised out of interest for the following modifications:
 

1. Change the Technical Hotline Support hours of provision described in section 6.2, b, i.
 
2. Remove the word “perpetual” from Section 6.2, c. ii.

3. Change the warranty period described in section 6.2, d.

4. Change the number of licenses described in section 6.15, a.

5. To modify Form 2 – Software Publisher Authorization Form.
