Ammendment 003

The solicitation is being amended in order to extend the closing date to March 2, 2026 (RFQ - Amm. 002).  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Ammendment 002

The solicitation is being amended by the publication of "RFQ - Amm. 001", in order to correct Annex A, line items 3 and 4.  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 001

The solicitation is being amended in order to amend the Title of the posting to emphasize that this is a RFQ (Request for Quotations) and not a RFP (Request for Proposals) as indicated in CanadaBuys.  The original documents posted are not being amended.

Notice of Proposed Procurement

This solicitation is for the purchase of NetBackup Appliances, or equivalent, for Shared Services Canada, with delivery to a location in Hamilton, Ontario.

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated subtotal price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex A – List of Deliverables and Pricing.
