1. to publish the “Questions and Answers – Questions et réponses (2026-03-25)" document that answers questions regarding Annex A; and

2. to extend the closing date to March 26, 2026.

All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same.

The solicitation is amended in order to:

1.            to publish the “Questions and Answers – Questions et réponses (2026-03-16)" document that answers a question regarding the delivery date of the goods listed in this solicitation.  In summary, Canada is asking for a partial delivery prior to or on March 31, 2026.  Please see the published documents for more information; and

2.            to publish an amended RFQ document in order to include multiple payment provisions.

All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain the same.

Notice of Proposed Procurement

This solicitation is for the purchase of Cisco UCS Platform (Compute) and PureStorage (Storage) hardware, or Equivalent, for the Ministry of National Defence.

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated subtotal price will be recommended for award of a contract.
