This solicitation of bids cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of bids number BPM024548  dated October 24, 2025 with a closing of January 16, 2026 at 2PM. A debriefing or feedback session was provided upon request to Bidder's who bid on the previous solicitation of bids.


This solicitation is being issued by Shared Services Canada (SSC) to satisfy the requirement for the provision of Satellite Communication, and Situational Awareness, Tracking and Messaging Value-Added Services on an ‘’as and when’’ required basis.

This solicitation will result in one single contract to one single supplier and will be used by Shared Services Canada.

1. The commodity that Canada intends to acquire is: (please see the Statement of Work under     the attached documents section).
2. The contract is for a 3 years term, plus 3 additional 1 year options.
3. As and when required.
