Bath and Millhaven Institution Sanitary and Storm Sewer Repairs

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 13, 2021 by 2:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Real Property Branch requires a qualified general contractor to carry out sanitary and storm sewer upgrades and related works at Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Bath and Millhaven Institutions, located on Ontario Highway 38, near Bath, Ontario. This work shall be in accordance with the Specifications for Project No R.070386.001 Bath/Millhaven Institutions Sanitary and Storm Sewer Upgrades dated 2021-03-12 and their respective Drawings. The work includes but is not limited to: repair and replacement of sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure, related civil works, site grading, improving storm drainage earthworks, providing, replacing and/or repairing drainage structures (walls, culverts, etc.), and restoring roadways and other structures that have been damaged by the work. The work, and contractor’s associated activities will be preceded in all instances with the contractor installing and maintaining Environmental Impact Mitigation Measures per legislated standards, and as specified in the Specifications and Drawings.
