RFSO for Hybrid Conversion Kits

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on April 28, 2022 by 2:00pmEDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Requirement This requirement is for the establishment of a National Master Standing Offer for the purchase of operationally suitable aftermarket Hybrid Electric solutions to reduce emissions in the full size pickup truck and Cargo Van category, for models 2018 or newer in the Canadian Fleet. This tool will service five (5) regions and may consist of up to eight (8) separate standing offers (one Standing offer per vehicle model per group). Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
