AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted on March 29, 2022 by 14:00 EST. All offers submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the offer being declared non-responsive. Canada has a requirement to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the supply and delivery of bond office paper to Federal Identified Users and to Provincial/Territorial Identified Users on an “as and when requested” basis for a period of one (1) year with the right to extend for one additional one (1) year period under the same terms and conditions.
