Public Works and Government of Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf Global Affairs Canada (GAC), has a requirement to establish a Standing Offer to be used on an “as and when requested” basis for the supply, delivery and installation of outdoor furniture at offices located in Ottawa, Ontario.
