AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest on december 10, 2021 by 2PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) wants to purchase and install a grader circle to allow snow removal at the Valcartier base, Quebec, Canada according to the modalities shown in section 7.
