AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 29, 2022 by 2:00 PM MDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM MDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Requirement: This Standing Offer (SO) is intended to be used by The Department of National Defence, 4 Wing CFB, Cold Lake, AB. Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment supervision and material as requested by Department of National Defence in the form of call ups for asbestos abatement work at the 4 Wing, CFB Cold Lake, AB. Services are to be provided on and as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of 3 years plus 1 option year period. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. This is an open competition however, this solicitation may be reserved among Aboriginal Businesses if two conditions are met. See section 1.4 for more details.
