AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 14,2022 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for the provision of professional services to provide strategic planning, recommendations and operational support to help ESDC reduce the current technical debt and put management processes in place to manage future debt. The services will be performed within the National Capital Region.
