This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc3563169822 dated July 26, 2022 with a closing of September 1, 2022 at 2:00pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 5, 2022 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for the supply and delivery of Audio Visual Boardroom Equipment in Ottawa, Ontario as described at Annex A - Requirement and Annex B – Basis of Payment. The requirement includes an option to purchase a additional equipment. The requested delivery date is February 1, 2023 There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
