AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 31, 2022 by 2:00 PM MDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM MDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Requirement: This Standing Offer (SO) is intended to be used by The Department of National Defence, Real Property Operations Unit Section Calgary, AB. Work under this standing offer includes all labour, material, tools, equipment, travel and expertise required to provide minor repairs and maintenance in the trades specified under Annex A and to complete construction projects on an as and when required for the following locations but not necessarily restricted to these locations: Calgary, Red Deer, and Ghost River Training Facility Services are to be provided on and as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of 3 years plus the option to extend for 2 additional 1 year periods. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. There are security requirements associated with this Standing Offer.

The estimated contract period will be 37 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2022/10/01.
