Business Travel Renewal Initiative - Request for Information

This Request for Information (RFI) is pertaining to Travel Services for the Government of Canada (GC), in order to replace the existing GC Travel solution known as Shared Travel Services. Multiple RFIs may be issued before moving on to the next phase of the procurement process. Click on this link to view this RFI: https://service.ariba.com/Discovery.aw/ad/viewRFX?id=13753307 The objective of this RFI is to gain insight into current industry capacity and capabilities in order to help the GC structure a procurement strategy that facilitates access, encourages competition and results in best value for Canadians. The ultimate solution will need to ensure that there are no technological barriers to Information and Communications Technology (ICT) accessibility for GC employees who will use the solution. Another objective of this RFI is to understand market readiness to conform with the ICT accessibility requirements (EN 301 549). To that end, the GC requests that industry provide responses as outlined in Annex B - Questions to Industry. The GC will consider input on any or all of the various components contained within the RFI including partial responses.
