AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 23rd, 2023 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be an optional site visit on Wednesday, January 18th, 2023 at 10:00am at 98 Sussex Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, outside of the cooling and heating plant. Limited street parking or commercial parking lots are available. There is no on-site parking. Canada will not be responsible for reimbursement of parking costs. MANDATORY VIEWING OF BID DOCUMENTS The viewing of bid documents is MANDATORY. Bidders who hold a Designated Organization Screening (DOS) with approved Document Safeguarding Capability at the level of PROTECTED B, issued by PWGSC Contract Security Program (CSP) will be allowed access to view the bid documents.
