EF945-222535 LEGAL SURVEYING SERVICES - DND Montreal-Longue-Pointe, LaSalle, St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Farnham

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on November 18, 2022. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defence, is issuing this Request for proposal (RFP) to obtain the services of a surveying firm in order to prepare a certificate of location, to do staking of lot and to prepare technical descriptions for four properties. Two properties are located in Montreal City (Longue-Pointe and Lasalle) and two properties are located outside of Montreal (St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Farnham), as detailed in Annex A. Important: Please note that a total of 2 contracts will be awarded following this call for tenders, one contract for Zone 1 - Montreal and one contract for Zone 2 - St-Jean/Farnham. Suppliers are invited to bid on the zone(s) they are interested in, therefore it is possible to bid on one or both zones depending on your preference, please indicate clearly in your bid if you are bidding on one or more zones and refer to the corresponding basis of payment. A contract will be awarded for each zone with the lowest responsive bid.
