AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The purpose of this RFI is to invite any interested parties to share ideas with the Government of Canada regarding the development of new Request(s) for Standing Offer (RFSO) for Advertising Creative Services, potentially including streams related to those with experience delivering advertising creative services to specific target audiences such as, but not limited to: racialized communities, LGTBQ2+ communities, Indigenous communities etc. Further, the Government of Canada is interested in the views of firms that may not/have not taken part in these procurement processes in the past, particularly with respect to identification of potential barriers to their participation. All respondents are urged to review the associated draft Statement of Work (SOW) (attached as Annex “A” section 13) and proposed evaluation criteria (attached as Annex “F” - section 14) in order to provide comments.

The estimated contract period will be 61 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/07/01.
