Block 2 Environmental Consulting Services

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 15, 2023 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), commonly known as Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), intends to retain the Services of an engineering entity, the Consultant, to support the development of Block 2, the Project. The scope of the Consultant’s Services includes: a) Detailed environmental, geotechnical, and industrial hygiene analysis of Project requirements; b) Investigations as justified; c) Review and validation of Project implementation sequencing; d) Detailed Schematic Design of viable options and obtaining necessary approvals; e) Detailed Design Development; f) Numerous Design Packages for competitive tender; g) Site Services–administration and on-Site oversight of the construction work; and h) Post-Construction Services.
