Description
As part of advanced planning for the Long Term Vision and Plan (LTVP) for the Parliamentary Precinct, PWGSC intends to recapitalize and redevelop the site and properties located at 100 Sparks and 30 Metcalfe Street. Existing buildings presently sitting on these properties are at the end of their life span, are functionally archaic and not suited for conversion to comply with current sustainable programmatic requirements needed for modern office space in downtown Ottawa.
