All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 18, 2023 at 14:00EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a pilot-scale high-pressure reverse osmosis (RO) system to assist in the deep concentration of solutions and maximizing the recovery of valuable metals from various samples, including lithium-rich brines.
