All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on April 19, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Canadian Coast Guard, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of maintenance services for buoys and their accessories for the Lower North Shore, North Shore and Gaspésie regions, as detailed in Annex A. Take note that this procurement includes an Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) to encourage bidders to maximize the participation of Indigenous businesses in this procurement.
