This RFI has excerpts that may or may not be used in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) at a future date. PSPC is preparing to issue an ITT for the for the renovation and transformation of an existing building to relocate the Dr. Neil Trivett Global Atmosphere Watch (GAW) Observatory Adaptive Re-use project located in Alert, Nunavut. CONTEMPLATED PROCUREMENT: This procurement is subject to the Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (the Nunavut Agreement).
