NDDB Blood and Buccal FTA Collection Kits

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-02-22 at 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The National DNA Data Bank convicted offender biological collection kits were developed and implemented in 1999 in accordance with legislation and regulations. The NDDB provides all Canadian policing agencies with biological collection kits to allow them to collect biological samples from convicted offenders in accordance with the DNA Orders/Authorizations issued by the courts. The requirement must include all of the following, delivered to Ottawa, ON: Kit 1: 30,000 Blood Collection Kits Kit 2: 1,000 Buccal Collection Kits.
