PWGSC requires the services of a Naval Architect registered as a Professional Engineer in a province or territory of Canada (or a Naval Architect working under the supervision of a Professional Engineer) to undertake a few naval architecture investigations and analysis. The results of which will help inform the refit specification package being written by others for the Pusher-Tug SPOONBILL.
