All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on March 15, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for provisions upon request of wood and various construction material for all Federal Departments and Organisations located in 2 regions, Montreal Metropolitan Community (including Drummondville, Cowansville, La Macaza, Joliette) and Quebec Metropolitan Community (including Donnacona), as detailed in Annex A.
