All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on 09-03-2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to upgrade a research and development centre to fire evacuation standards. To do so, a number of works have to be carried out, including exit signs, removal, installation, relocation and patching doors and their hardware located in Saint-Hyacinthe, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
