AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME:Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 26, 2023 by 14:00EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires the services of an architectural firm (the “Consultant”) together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of service required for a program design and construction of (1) one + (2) two detachment facilities to meet identified program requirements in the province of Alberta. There is an operational need for the new RCMP Detachment facilities in Provost, Coronation, and Tofield in Alberta. Each location will require independent drawings and specifications, so each project can be tendered separately. At this time, Provost detachment has been approved for design and construction. As funding for Coronation, and Provost detachments is confirmed, but not project approval yet, a separate add-alternate price is required for these locations. A common design with local influences will be required for the above noted locations.See Project Brief for more details.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 35 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/04/30.
