Standing Offer - Material Testing, Gagetown The Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Gagetown, Oromocto,NB has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). Work covered under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to carry out laboratory testing services. The period of the Standing Offer will be from the April 1, 2023 or issuance of standing offer to March 31, 2025.
