AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-05-23 at 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This solicitation is for a SaaS QMS Solution, that can be configured to meet specific Health Canada (HC) requirements that allows for the implementation, configuration and training content. The Department of Health Canada (HC), has a requirement for one TBD HC Establishment Licensing and/or Inspection program (TBD Program) and the ROEB Laboratories (Laboratories), with the ability to scale to other HC programs in subsequent projects.
