PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defense, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the location work of additive tank and distribution system in Bagotville, Que. as detailed in Annex A. . Only pre-qualified suppliers will receive the tendering documents distributed by Public Works and Government Services Canada. The following qualified firms currently have a supply arrangement in respect of this file and are invited to submit bids for this project. These firms are: GMR Inc.
