Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking proposals from consultants to undertake a feasibility study and provide a concept design report for repairing the lantern room floor structure and addressing ongoing water infiltration concerns at the Cape Race Lighthouse in Cape Race, Newfoundland and Labrador. The Cape Race Lighthouse has been designated a Recognized Federal Heritage Building and a National Historic Site, and it is also protected under the Heritage Lighthouse Protection Act. List of the pre-qualified firms invited that qualified under the Heavy Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement EB129-192368 in no particular order are as follows: 1.Meridian Engineering Inc. 2.
