AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on September 14, 2023 by 2 p.m. EDT. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada has a requirement to establish a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the provision of digital scanning services, indexing and delivery of electronic files for use in business and information management systems, related to such forms as paper, PDF, micrographic documents, audio-visual media, overhead transparencies, x-rays, etc.
