AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 29 2023 at 2pm EDT. All bids submitted after 2pm EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for the supply of an Electromagnetic Conductivity Meter and a Control Unit, which must meet all of the Mandatory Technical Requirements specified herein. The contractor must provide all equipment, operator manual, accessories, and components necessary for the Conductivity Meter and the Control Unit to work in accordance with the Mandatory Technical Requirements specified herein. This must include, but is not limited to all of the following: (i) One Electromagnetic Conductivity Meter (hereby referred to as “Conductivity Meter”), including all hardware and power supply components; (ii) One Control Unit for operation, communication, and field data acquisition, including the software required for operation, data acquisition, and data download; (iii) One portable protective case for travel and storage; (iv) Documentation; and (v) One year warranty including Maintenance and Support Services. The requirement also includes the option to purchase Training as detailed herein before the expiry of the Contract, on an as and when requested basis.
