This is the second phase (Stage One - Phase Two) of a two-phase process: the first phase (Stage One - Phase One) evaluated the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Stage One - Phase Two) invites the qualified suppliers to provide a technical presentation on the project based on the specifications and drawings. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on January 10, 2024 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Correctional Service Canada (CSC), intends to retain a firm of Architects and its Sub-Consultants for the provision of architectural services for the demolition of housing units BT04 and BT06 and the design and construction of a new 96-Bed Living Unit.
