The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to provide skilled labor, parts, materials and equipment to perform troubleshooting, testing, repairs, calibrations, inspections and other related services to hydraulic systems, equipment and components aboard various Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO)/Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) vessels in the Atlantic.
