    Description
    Public Services and Procurement Canada is planning the redevelopment of Block 2, the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation, stewardship of the Kitchissippi and its tributaries. The Project is part of the Long Term Vision and Plan (LTVP) for the Parliamentary Precinct, the symbolic centrepiece of the City of Ottawa and country, and host to Canada's legislatures: the Senate of Canada and the House of Commons, as well as the Library of Parliament. Scope of Services Construction management services in a resulting contract may include and are not limited to: a) Administration and management services; b) Planning and implementation services such as: a. Design review (design submission and design package review); b. Heritage conservation; c. Digital delivery; d. Quality management; e. Cost management; f. Time management; g. Risk management; h. Human resource management; i. Health and safety management; j. Procurement management; and k. Waste and sustainability management; c) Construction and conservation services and work; and d) Post-construction services and work.
