Small Craft Harbours (SCH) requires the construction of concrete foundation and concrete slab on grade for a new ~15,700 sqft prefabricated steel building in Steveston Paramount located at 12740 Trites Road, Richmond, BC, on Federal Crown land.General work to be performed: • Sub base preparation • Reinforced concrete pad, footings, grade beam construction • Reinforced concrete slab on grade construction• Anchor bolt placement • Provision of all required concrete testing and quality control for concrete and anchor bolt placement
