Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) - Heat Exchanger Replacement - Springhill Institution (CSC). Project Description: The work of this contract comprises of the removal and replacement of heat exchangers in various buildings throughout Springhill institution. Review ITQ document for additional information. The Contractor must perform and complete the work within 50 weeks of award. Enquiries: All enquiries are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority using the Messages function in SAP Ariba. General Information: The estimated cost is between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by date and time indicated. All interested suppliers may submit a qualification submission. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
