NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) - REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to inform and obtain feedback from Indigenous vendors on a possible upcoming procurement process. The proposed procurement would be for the Department of National Defence’s requirement for contracted resources to supplement Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Valcartier’s capacity to perform Land Command Support System (LCSS) fielding tasks in a timely manner. Specifically, the contracted resources would be assembling and installing various equipment into in-service Canadian military platforms.
