Description
The Department of National Defence, 5th Canadian Division is seeking offers from Offerors to provide complete janitorial services for buildings located at 5 CDSB Gagetown Base. The period of the contract is from contract award to March 31, 2024 inclusive with an option to extend by one additional year. It is optional, but strongly recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror attend the site visit. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on August 31, 2023. To attend the site visit Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 12:00pm on August 29, 2023 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer. This document contains a Security requirement.
