AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-08-15 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the provision of Hotel Services for the period of 17 September 2023 to 21 October 2023. The requirement is for 101 bed spaces in total for the planned period, in single occupancy rooms. The property must be located within a ten mile radius of Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake California. Please see the Request for Proposal for full details. Canada intends to award one contract to meet this requirement.
