Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence is seeking offers from Offerors to provide the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for the inspection, testing, repairs, additions, replacements, modifications and service of existing Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS) equipment and devices at various locations of CFB Halifax Debert Detachment.
