AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-10-11 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Services and Procurement Canada has a requirement for the establishment of a National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) for the supply, delivery, and off-loading of runway de-icing/anti-icing compounds for airfield pavements for the Department of National Defence (DND), and any other interested federal government departments and agencies. Delivery is required to locations across Canada. Conditional Indigenous Limited Bidding applies to this RFSO. Canada may award more than one standing offer as a result of this solicitation. See Article 1.2.3 of this solicitation.
